109633 Flash header for Website

We have a requirement for an animated Flash header to suit a client website (URL will be provided to qualifying bidders via PMB, but you MUST post your portfolio FIRST). Bids without a description of your animation proposal AND a suitable portfolio showcasing your FLASH work will *not* be considered. Existing graphics have been constructed in Photoshop format, and PSD file can be supplied as necessary. Quick turn-around preferred. Both your price AND your turn-around will determine the winning bid.
