38709 Need Ipod Contest graphic

Hello. We're currently looking for a designer who is fully capable of delivering a very high quality Ipod contest graphic. We're looking for something in the 400 x 100 pixel range (size) and I'm still not sure if I want Flash. If you can do Flash as well, please let me know in your reply. I'm looking for someone who can start RIGHT NOW and finish within a couple of hours. Feel free to quote me based on this timeframe. I want quality work and am not afraid to be honest.
