Wordpress & Flash Site Needed

I am looking to build a new site that has much of the flash functionality of this site: [login to view URL] Mostly the ability to have movement associated with mousing over certain objects, and a book with flipping pages. Not so much concerned with the sound effects, although a few would be nice. I'm thinking, to keep the budget, main page with all the fun stuff, then when items are clicked on it goes to a regular php or xhtml page. Not looking to have an intro, just right into the main part of the site. This will need to be based on a Wordpress framework. Let me know your fee to create this with my design elements and your estimated time to complete the project, probably including a couple of revisions. I am also open to another method if you feel there is a better way to accomplish this without using flash.
