capturing screenshots from flash movie

i'm looking for someone to give me/write/modify a program that will extract one to many screenshots from flash movies i own and can automate it to rename the resulting jpg/png to to have the same name as the swf file adding an incrementing number if i decide to choose more than one screenshot. i have used swftools on windows via the command line and it is too manual for me. also, it has a tendency to crash and extract the wrong images. i need to capture entire screenshots at the original swf movie resolution. i have seen a few programs that come close, but they still aren't perfect.
