Flash website editing

I have a client's website, (you can see at [login to view URL]). We have completed translation of the site in 3 languages in text format and now need to recompile the site in each of the languages, and insert a language selector. Total words are less than 1000, only small site 8-9 screens. Languages to be created are Japanese, Spanish and Turkish (plus possibly Portuguese at a later date). We can supply the translation as itemised alongide the English original for ease of editing. Very, very tight budget. Can you do this and how much per language?
