The app must be done in Adobe Air (flash) so can be desktop app. The only purpose of the app is to generate transparrent PNG with user image placed on user chose location on it. User must be able to: - select image from HDD, and place, resize,rotate the image (so need some canvas) - set opacity for the image - export PNG with that image like set on canvas.
