cartoon/graphic person

I need a graphic designer to make 100 worksheets for me. Quality and Price are the 2 most important factors to me. The designer must be able to draw in a cute style cartoon style for young kids. PRICE is important as my website is free and I give these to kids for learning materials. This is a work for hire project so the copyright belongs to me and my company (please do not pass on anything that you don't have the rights too or if you are not willing to pass on the rights). I am hoping that the designer can crank out a few per hour. I also want somebody who's available on skype or yahoo IM so we can chat if changes are needed. thanks
