Creating program's ICON (48x48 pixels)

Hello, We have project for web designers. We need one big (48x48) icon for our program and 8 small (22x22) icons for program's menu. All icons (transparent PNG files) should be compatible with current design. You can check program design here: [login to view URL] I think no need to mention that icons should be meaningful. The main program icon should represent the program functionality (the program name is also available on a screen shot). The budget for this project is fixed - 30 USD.
