Illustrator Illustration for football sign

We are making a 36 inch wide by 48 inch tall sign for our children's football (American football) [login to view URL] sign will be full color and the final must be done in illustrator. It must have the following information on it: "[login to view URL]" "phone: 614-437-5252" "ages 4-12" "co-ed" Under the text should be photographs of children playing football, these will be provided. The illustration should have our mascot (samples provided) on the left hand side, he needs to be very happy and colorful. The background should have a football field with goal posts, a bright sky with fireworks and clouds. Everything should be very colorful and child friendly. Text should be large so that it can be see from far away. I've included a sketch for a starting point, but please add things to make it better if you can.
