Digital Rendering - open to bidding

Hello, I am contacting you to discuss another possible project. I have taken around 25 pictures of myself doing exercises for physical fitness. I would like you to digitally render a cartoon/digital display of the same picture. This shouldnt be a hard job seeing as you already know what the picture looks like. Please let me know if you can help me. If you are interested I will send the photo via skype inbox or email. Below I will inset an example of one of the photographs that i have taken, and the second will be an example of what i would like them to look like. Please get back to me asap.
