Art Director for Classic Styled Magazine

I need an advanced experienced art director who can take edited pages, provided in QuarkXpress format, and generate finished artwork as PDFs suitable for the printing of an 88-page A4 magazine. The style of the magazine is traditional and classic, so ability to reflect this aesthetic in the finished artwork is essential. While I want the art director to exercise their creativity, as part of the creative process, it's crucial for me to have the final approval on artworks.
