I am in need of a website capable of allowing friends and family to upload their videos for public viewing of anyone visiting said website. I plan to have designs on paper that I could send as a base idea of what I'd like the site to look like, and I would also like this done in such a way that I or anyone with admin privileges can easily make changes to color schemes, layouts, etc. if possible.
