Build social network like Badoo

Hello I have datingframework script to have the base, it´s a badoo [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] We need to add the following functionalities to the current script: -Two type of users -User can make calls, videocalls and videoconference(here more than one user will enter the videochat),they pay by minute and they can set their own rate(5% of all payments will be paid to us in comission) -Users can create escrows and release them upon service delivered -Users can promote and showcase their profile -Instead of using coins like Badoo, we would simply use currencies We can either use the script or build a new website.
