I need a simple website which can do the following: 1) Show a set of photo's. 2) Allow the user to select any of the photo. 3) Record the selection in a file or excel sheet. 4) Before the user see's the photos, they should be asked to enter a code. Then the user's selection should be saved along with the code. This code is to make sure every user can have only one unique selection.
