Finish off my website

I have the getlancer script from Agriya uploaded to my hosting package (cpanel) and am looking for someone to make my website www.constructionfreelancer.com. Front end work only. I will manage back end. The site was built with CakePHP. I need you to add slider and make the front page look amazing with a "how it works" and "benefits" section underneath the top image. I need the following done to the site. 1. Front page to image Install an image slider at the top of page of a few construction images which I have purchased. 2. Embed youtube video that pops up from screen when clicked. I have made the video already. 3. Add Testimonials section Below the create your account button can you add a testimonial section so we can add some captions and maybe a company name or image. 5. Footer Can you replicate the footer on [login to view URL] including the pages they have like blog, advertise etc. and also include the social media icons and links. 6. Blog I need a blog to help with SEO. Can you incorporate the blog I had on the wordpress account I have. It needs to look part of the main site. 7. Contact us Add the address and company reg number and phone number to this page. 8. SEO Please carry out the SEO for the site so I can start getting up the google ladder. I need you to link google webmaster, adwords, analytics etc to the site. I had all of this set up on the old site. 9. Favicon Change the hostgator croc image to the my company symbol 10. Emails This needs to be set up so I can start an email list and also can I get a sign up to newsletter pop up so I can collect emails 11. Mobile responsive I need the site to look amazing on a phone ipad etc. Also across all web browsers. Google are using this as part of the algorithem system for rankings. At the moment it is all over the place. 12. Add social media icons at top and bottom of pages. 13. Email subscription box. the colour scheme should be that of my company logo. I need the entire site completed and checked by you guys to ensure there is no spelling mistakes and no errors for the user. Please take care in this as if it doesn’t look professional people won’t use it. I also want the site to look slick, modern and interactive and most of all professional. This is a big opportunity for me and whoever gets this job will be used to maintain and help with any changes to the site in the future. I want to have someone who i can trust and call upon when i need help. Please note the site was build via CakePHP. We have used CakePHP frame work to develop our product. It is MVC (Model View Controller) pattern.
