Fix 2 small issues on my site

I can have these issues fixed within an hour. The problems with the first item is that there is a separate layout created for the Header when you scroll down. This can be fixed by changing the size of the scrolled header. The second item has to do with the change between the main header and the scrolled header. When you scroll down, the header becomes a fixed item, which removes it from the webpage layout and causes everythign to move up, which makes the entire site have issues with the header. seems like there is some setitng issue. if u share wp-admin i can quickly have a look . dont seems to be some major issue. May be some parallex thing or similar. i have experience of 16 years working with wordpress and have delivered a lot of projects. you can check reviews left for me to evaluate. I can work on menu and logo to make it normal and not shrink about second issue- I believe you have kept active an option to "scroll up" or text similar to that, you can avoid that by adding more content, or reduce some content so that no need to scroll this happens if scrolled down text comes at same line as that scroll to top option, deactivate it and try
