hello i did some thing like this before i will explain to you how it will work i will make database the you will insert data to it the data will contain property name,type (school, restaurant, villa,...),photos of this property, locations, coordinates of this property i will make php form to insert this data then i will make page that have map , the map will contain all properties you inserted in the database user can search on map by type (restaurant,schools,...) can make circle on any part of map to get property in this part when the user press on any property popup will appear to show property info (name, location, photos)
