I need some Graphic Design

I am trying to build my skills in photography. Just did my first photo session using Canon 5D Mark iii. Pictures were shot RAW. I am now trying to build my editing skills (photoshop and lightroom). Willing to pay anyone who can teach me editing to achieve the look and feel of this guy's picture style - [login to view URL] I don't mind buying any plugin or picture style if possible.
