Replica of Existing HTML Website with PHP Program

I have an existing website that I had custom created for a course I sold, but now I need to move it. I have attached screenshots of what it looks like and what it does. Some of it should be easy enough to move, like the HTML page, but I had a custom PHP program built for people to enter data into and it be saved to their account. Basically, the PHP program is a table that allows people to enter trading information, and it returns values based on gains and losses. The table can be updated from their own private page, then they also have a public page and they can choose whether or not to keep it public. If they choose to make it public, they can share a link on Facebook or Twitter through buttons below the table so people can look at their table from a simple page. Then they can update the table, delete rows, edit rows, add new rows, etc. I will give you access to the site and to the tables and everything so you can see how it works. I would like for there to be social logins instead of the original login information as well. We are getting rid of the original membership site, so we will not be bringing any of their logins over with the site. That being the case, we would need there to be a way to reconcile the Social login account with their original login. So if they login with their Google or Facebook email address, it would match that email address to the one they used in our system originally and bring up their old data. So the new site would need to have the old site members ported over, as well as their information already contained in their tables, so they don't lose anything in the transition. We would need a way to manage people who are members of the site, and block or delete if necessary. The front page should be a page to login using Social Logins (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) which would get them to the course page (which is a basic html page and in a screen shot attached) and they can also go to the page where they can update the tables (also in a screen shot attached). If you have suggestions while bringing it over as to how to make it look better or work better, please let us know, we are always open to suggestions. The original team who put this together were not big on design, so there is room for improvement but should not be the focus.
