seal designing

We are an ecommerce security company, looking for a graphic designer to create a website Privacy Seal. The only specifications are that it says "Privacy Certified" and that the full image should be 120x60 maximum (pixels). You have full freedom to create the design. Please send a mock-up along with your bid in order to be considered for the job. We will not respond to bids that do not include a mock-up. You are welcome to watermark your work. We will not steal your work. Money will be escrowed upon bid selection.
