Zend framework 3 systeam

I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build it. I need a MCV in zend framework 3 it will have a secure login page, admin dash board, User dash board, organizations dash board ( site clients ) , organizations users, organization clients, the systeam will need to be able to let each organization to have it owon layout for add documents, view and search documents by category, type and subcategory, add custum view, search and grid results to display it all need to be a full crud systeam, it need a custum roles nd permitions, add servkce Nd service rulls and pricer and bundle so each service may have numbers of differnt rulls and price. Add service oder with a text box plus the custum filds for each service. The user will need to add the service oder, search for it view it status, ask question about it follow the progress of it. The systeam will also need to let admin from system and organization admin to add users, reset password and since the role sisteam is in modal way it will be able to custumize each orgnization or and user permitions. Plus other things of the kind I had mentioned. It will need to be a 3 month max project divided in 3 mile stone or 3 different freelancer if needed the ammount payable for this project is about 700 USD a litter more or a litter less base on some factors. I will release milestone per progress and pay per work completed acordlly to discription given.
