Crossplatform mobile application: Smoelenboek

For our company we would like to have a cross platform (iOS, Windows Phone, Android) mobile application which provides a simple, user friendly overview of all our employees. Employees are located in one of our stores or in our headquarters (HQ). With the application a user should be able to easily look up who works in a store or in a specific department (in HQ). Our company uses Visual Studio for all internally developed tools so the application is preferably made with a technology that relates to Visual Studio (like Cordova). A more detailed desciption of what the application should look like and should be able to do can be found in the attached file. Important remark: for revision and internal support we need the full source code (preferably documented) of the application at the end of the project.
