Design and HTML/SCSS/JS/Jquery with some angularJS

We need someone to do the following - Reimagine an admin template, meaning take old components out of an old framework and rewrite the HTML all over to support all modern browsers and needs - Add more designs to the template - Refresh the UI of the template In general the developer need to DESIGN and IMPLEMENT a better version of the template we base ourself of. Also included - AngularJS implementation where its logical (the page will have an API background) - A simple API for jquery for ajax, modals, notifications etc (functions for reuse) - A proper commented and structured code base. - Use of SCSS and other modern methods - NOT use the code of the current design (we have license) Please provide me with some examples of work you have done. Remember its needed with both design and HTML5 and Jquery knowledge. The design should be very logical structured to be blade included in laravel (doing blade is not part of this assignment, but the code should base itself on being used in a template based environment. The freelancer is also responsible to write the documentation of the template, and fix bugs detected later on. If this product is a well produced product, its possible with more work later on.
