website for a manufacturer

As a manufacturing business, I am looking for someone skilled in UI/UX, preferably using Symphony and bootstrap. I have designed the page templates and flow in Symphony but I need someone to execute all of the front end work using a sample data in a database. Once it goes into production, we will hook it up to our database servers to drive the actual site content. Prefer PHPstorm for IDE. NDA will be required.
