FB app redesign

I recently had a FB app developed. It works like this: VISITOR to page invites FRIEND to view a tab within that page. At this moment, the "invitation" process is clumsy - either an "application invitation" (which no one can see) or a "post to wall" (which is kind of generic). What I require is this: (a) an assessment of what I have (b) a broad suggestion for how it could be improved or streamlined (c) the development or redevelopment of the app to achieve the above I will pay this in two stages: Stage 1: $US30 for (a) and (b) Stage 2: We will negotiate this separately.
