10,000 Blog Comments Do Follow Backlinks Genuine PR1+

We need 10,000 back link. 500 links for 20 different pages. Each page with have multiple keywords. # of links and Pageranks for each page should be as follows: PR7 - 5 PR6 - 15 PR5 - 20 PR4 - 40 PR3 - 70 PR2 - 100 PR1 - 250 Total 500 20 pages X 500 links = 10,000 I am looking for a contractor that can provide genuine backlinks from pages with a rank of PR1 or [login to view URL] links must be on the actual page that has a PR1 and must be permanent.
