drive real, organic traffic to an do it yourself site

Your task is to drive real, organic traffic to a Do It Yourself site. I'm looking for a constant traffic flow, not so much a one time traffic boost. I'm not going to give you any exact numbers, like 1k a day or 10k a day or whatever but i expect it to a minimum of 1k unique visits each week, please mention in your bid or pmb how much traffic you are able to produce and how you are going to do that (which traffic generation methods you are going to use). You may use forum posts, blog posts, link lists etc. etc. Absolutely forbidden is any kind of black hat SEO or other stuff that might harm the site google-wise!!
