Need backlinks from selected domains (SEO)

Hello, i have a list of domains that i try to get backlinks from. I analyzed my competitors so found where they got links, i ended up 2 lists, first one has high value domains where the second list have lower value domains. There are roughly 4500 domains totally (i attached a pdf that contains all of the domains) I'm ready to pay 1$/domains for lower value domains and 3$/domain for higher value domains, this can be negotiated. Here are some rules when getting backlinks from those domains; - Backlinks should look natural - There may be some Turkish language needed on some domains. - I'll give you some anchors and links to link to, only these links should be linked. - There is no rush, backlinking will be distrubuted evenly over time and may take 3-4 months. - I dont expect you to get backlink from every domain, since some/majority of them are not available to get backlink, it's ok. - I need to see it in google webmaster tools so that this link is ok and you got rewarded for that domain. - please write "4500domains" in your bidding so i understand you are not spamming and read my project. - i pay you only for the domains you got backlinks.
