Need to get website and Youtube video seen by as many U.S. College students as possible as soonn as possbile

A new site launching in the coming week and it is geared towards U.S. College and University students. The need is to get as much traffic/awareness for the site in the fastest possible time-frame. Expect to include a brief description of what your plan would be to achieve this effort in your bid. The site needs to be in front of the top 130 attended schools in the U.S.
