150 One Way Links For Established Site

We are looking for a link builder to get us 150 quality one way links over a 5 month period. This equates to about 8 one way links a week. The links should follow the following guidelines 1) Links should not come from spammy link pages 2) Links should be related in theme to our website 3) We only need a maximum of 8 links a week. 4) Links should be cached in both Google and Yahoo 5) Links that do not stick should be replaced. 6) No more than 50 external links in the link page that has our links 7) No Links from Blogs and link directories will be accepted Please note I reserve the right to cancel this project if the selected bidder does not provide quality links.
