Facebook Likes & Twitter Followers

We are a small indipendant menswear fashion retailer. We currently have 3200 facebook likes, we have less than 200 twitter followers. We have just set up a new website for our business and will be attaching a blog to create a bigger audience through SEO. We stock highend fashion brands such as.. MaStrum, Victorinox, Penfield, Lyle & Scott, Diesel, Gstar, Antony Morato, Ted Baker. We are looking for someone who can help us going forward with a marketing strategy for the business. We have 2 shops outside our main town, we are not getting as many customers coming through the door now, so we are looking to gain more and more business via our website and social media.
