Facebook ad management for my Facebook App

I am running the Facebook app [login to view URL], this app is like a game store where people can browse thousands of games and download, buy and play some of them online in their browser. I am looking for a Facebook Ad Manager that can manage my ad campaigns, this means creating new ads continuously and optimize them. I have a $100 daily budget and with this I want at least 200 daily connections reported in Facebook ad manager from the ads. This is not a very hard goal to reach, but I have discovered that well performing ads quickly fades in performance so it requires daily maintenance. Creating new ads is very easy if you decide to advertise singular games on my app, every game I sell have 4 available pictures you can use in the ads, and game descriptions are also available to use that will fit nicely in the ads.
