Google Plus, LinkedIn, Internet Marketing, Blog Post Promotion - ALL from unique accounts

I am looking for help to promote blog posts on my website. These posts will be released gradually over a period of a month (to begin with). Two or three blog posts a week. a. Click Google +1 button and/or LinkedIn Share button on each blog post. NOTE: I am NOT looking for high volume, only interested in very high quality. Very low volume is fine to quote for. They should all be from unique and genuine accounts located in Ireland, UK, West Europe, US, Canada etc. b. I have a delicious, stumbleupon, folkd, diigo, and reddit account set up for the business. I am looking for followers for these accounts / other ways to make the links back to our site higher value. If you specialise in a. or b. alone, feel free to submit quotes for only one of them. Please outline your methodology. Please quote rate and estimated time to yield a total defined bid. Or could quote per blog post. Please feel free to submit other plans for increasing the search value of blog posts. (NOT based on volume social bookmarking links, profile links, web2.0 links and so on. Quality only.)
