Outreach Virtual Assistant

Our company is looking for a freelance Outreach Virtual Assistant. The job will require approximately 40 work hours per week, give or take. There are two main job responsibilities required for the right candidate. Part of the time will be split working on the following main tasks. 1. Editing/Publishing Completed Blog articles 2. List Building/Prospecting/Cold Email Outreach 3. Helping the team where necessary Details below are broken down to get a better understanding of each. #1 Virtual Assistant v1.3 Responsibilities: Assist with company communication channels Assist writers and editors with article posts on the company’s blogs Assist outreach assistants with research and communication (if a separate role) Assist with article suggestions, keyword research, and competitor analysis Manage and assist with hyperlinks, source references, and images for blog posts Assist with reporting and data analytics on projects and tasks Assist with onboarding tasks for customers and team members Organize and maintain computer files and file naming uniformity Completing computer data entry tasks Creating or updating written documents as needed Assist with the weekly and monthly content calendars Create or rewrite SOPs and checklists and documenting processes Qualifications/Skills: Required Experience: English speaking, listening, writing, reading, spelling, and comprehension Advanced English skills are required in writing, reading Excellent writing, verbal communication, typing, and time management skills in English Must own or have access to a personal computer or laptop with a high-speed internet connection in a private and distraction-free work area Working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software) Must be available to complete needed weekly tasks Experience with online meeting software (like Google Meet, Skype, Zoom, or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group-sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar) Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks on a computer with little supervision Easily grasp and understand repetitive computer software tasks Helpful Experience: Typing skills Use of Canva Use of Image editing software WordPress knowledge publishing articles SEO Optimization knowledge Digital Marketing background Using translation tools Affiliate marketing Marketing automation tools Marketing outreach tools Marketing newsletters Previous experience as a personal assistant or related role #2 Outreach Assistant v1.1 Are you an ambitious, results-driven Outreach Assistant? Do you have a knack for finding qualified prospects, contact hunting, and sending cold outreach emails? We're looking for someone who can help us build a list of qualified prospects, verify emails are active and the prospect is still working for the company, write and send initial custom cold outreach emails, manage email marketing campaigns, and meet quotas for new filtered and qualified prospect list. You'll need to be comfortable using email marketing applications and possess a strong understanding of how to customize and personalize templates for each initial email outreach. You'll also need to be able to show value in your pitch, use call to actions, and sound genuinely interested in wanting to work with each prospect. Additionally, you'll need to be able to use an email persona that adds a personality and a creative spin to emails sounding like it was written from the writer persona. You'll be responsible for reading through each email prior to sending it, conducting A/B testing for emails, maintaining prospect lists, and keeping the email marketing campaigns updated. - You'll also be responsible for working with writers and following up with prospects recommending pitches for guest post topics. - Creating or updating SOPs and checklists documenting processes. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and hit all of the quotas we've set. Initially the quotas will be as follow and will increase with experience: ~10 new filtered and qualified list of competitor sites per day ~10 new qualified prospects and backup prospects for each competitor site, fully vetted and verified contact information per day ~10 new qualified prospect cold outreach email campaigns created and initial cold email outreach email messages sent out ~10 email campaign automations duplicated, set up, and tested per day Helpful Knowledge and Skills using the following SaaS applications: ahrefs, mailerlite Helpful Knowledge working with Marketing Outreach and Marketing Campaigns.
