Hi, Sir. I have actually read your project and bid accordingly (no auto-comment/auto-bids). If you're interested in making this, then at least I can do it. I can custom make (..with no bought source code, no tutorial or templates...) an app that sends sms/email (predefined within app) at specific (predefined) time with the Android SDK. The Price mentioned is for app made with Android SDK.
