Java heap dump / performance tuning job

need someone with very strong heap dump & code fixing analysis to optimise an existing code for memory usage .....memory leaks suspected & you need to check on debug on my machine as i cannot share the code (but can share the heap dump) preferably someone who has worked with the apogee jvm .....but not compulsory....send me your experice on this...
