Hi, I am Vijay Muvva, I have around 7 + years experience in solving complex stuff like the one posted. After all what good are we if we can't handle complexity :-) I am sure there must be something really complex here since freelancers could not complete it completely, however, I am here to help you. I read the pdf completely, so you need a Java application, which can capture the specific screens in the game and extract the text in it. Well, first let me tell you, it is possible and the accuracy of the extracted text can be anywhere between 80% - 90% as it depends on lot of factors like size of the screen, size of the text, font used, background color, foreground color and finally and most importantly, on the location of the text in the screen. There are some awesome OCR Java libraries available which we can try, no need to use any external web service that you have mentioned in the pdf. There are native java libraries which can take an image and extract text from it, but the we need to configure and tweak them to work with our specific use case. Just out of curiosity I did a small project to check how difficult it would be to recognize nicks, I logged into LoL a few times, made screenshots, cropped LoL's lobby font, put it into Java OCR and it seems to work, I also put some code which screenshots lol client (client doesn't have to be on top, you can browse internet, watch a movie but It can't be minimized by clicking "minimize" though, It would stop my program's screenshoting part) Summarizing, I will try to finish my program in 10-15 hours, if you select my offer, please chat with me before I accept, I will send you a jar that you could check how it's working (I'am not sure if the program would have high chance of recognition or if it could be minimized in future so I don't want to loose money on fee If I fail) Regards, Daniel
