If this project is for rookie like i would give a try to through pointed out requirements. I like to confront mine skillset with reality and this attitude gave me 3rd place in Sony Ericsson hackathon with Python code. In these days dev's should be more elastic so i also gaved a try in Hedera Hashgraph hackathon with Java code
