Vertical Search engine: Lucene – Nutch based.

We have a Web Portal written in Perl in which users can submit a company profile and introduce the URL from their Web Site. This URL should be crawled and indexed in order to build a vertical search engine. When visiting a company profile other visitors shall be able to search from this Page the main Web Site from this particular company. Every user should also be able to install a Search box and results on his own site for searching it.. From the main Web Portal it must be able to do any search covering all submitted Sites, We require only the functionality everything else is already available in our system This must be done with “Lucene / Nutch” OS software so that we shall only accept bids from people who has sound experience with this technologies.
