Simple Webradio App (iPhone, Android)

Hi, I need a simple webradio app (Appcelerator Titanium, Phonegap) which has these functions. 1. Play the radio 2. Show title of current song 3. Titles of last 10 songs 4. Link to the itunes store for the current song 5. Possibility to send push Messages I think this isn't rocket science :) When you accept this offer can you pls provide the information which API etc. you need for the coding?
