Creating & Tracking Cookies Plugin

You can see the instruction better on the attached word doc I need a plugin for creating & tracking cookies on a WordPress multi-site network. It will set First party cookies on the user's device when they land on any of the network’s sub-sites. The cookies will store the following information: 1. The sub-site’s Subdomain. The first part of the sub site’s URL ([login to view URL]) 2. The sub site’s Admin’s Username. (The ones that cannot be changed in WordPress) Cookie's Expiration. I need to have a control over the Cookie's Expiration. (max-age=______), Make default 15 days (1296000 seconds) but allow to be changed. Cookies well be overwritten by new cookies. when someone visit “subsite-A” and a cookie was set on his device, and then visited “subsite-B” a new cookie is set on his device, that will overwrite the first cookie. Last one Wins The cookie’s name = learneth-re-partner The cookies will be accessed on the main network’s site (same 2nd-level domain) The subdomain will be prepopulated in a responsive and translation reedy form, that will look like this: See PIC 1 & PIC 2 The form will be added to a few places on the main site using a Shortcode. The form will allow users to manually change the subdomain (and save the changes). The info in the cookie will not be changed, The other plugins will search the DB and if they find the manually entered subdomain- it will use it (and the other Username). If the subdomain is not found, the original info from the cookie will used. The information from the cookies will be available to be added to other plugins DB’s and to the sites users DB as: • User’s Referring Partner subdomain: the Subdomain • User’s Referring Partner username: the Username I need an option to Set default Subdomain and Admin’s username to fall on in case there is no cookie on a user’s device. Security: Use “Secure” - for HTTPS. “Samesite” - for XSRF attack.
