Html Editer

I have one full page of html codes, we need to edit the html codes to change the values required fields. We are having difficulties on editing those codes theough the NOTE PAD. We are looking for some kind of S/W where we will enter the required values and then the S/W should write the new values to the previously saved code and it should give us the new codes. We need the work very urgent. its very simple job. if you are able to do it. just let me know. Thank you.
