virtuemart featured products adapting different theme.css

Very basic. Have a joomla/virtuemart based website with featured products enabled on the frontpage. Need to have the featured products module use the style theme found on the rest of the website. have been told to insert the following (location of [login to view URL] file i want to use) <link href="/components/com_virtuemart/themes/ilvm_theme/theme.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" /> website is [login to view URL] (this is a development site) Hoping somebody can come up with a quick fix, willing to pay asap. Thanks
