Developer required to install proxy server -- 2

I am looking for a developer to install a proxy server for me. The ideal candidate should have experience with Squid, Nginx, Apache, and HAProxy. The proxy server should be able to handle less than 10 concurrent connections, and should have the ability to handle third party server whitelisted IP addresses. This way, the first company's API will see requests coming from a whitelisted IP address and will allow them to access the API. The second company updates their API key to point to the proxy server instead of the first company's API. The second company's requests are now sent to the proxy server, which forwards them to the first company's API. The first company's API sees the requests coming from the whitelisted IP address of the proxy server and allows them to access the API. The proxy server receives the response from the first company's API and forwards it back to the second company's API. The second company's API returns the response to the third person. By using a proxy server, the third person can access the first company's API without requiring a new IP address to be whitelisted. This solution also provides an additional layer of security as the requests are being routed through a trusted proxy server.
