Looking for a Flash expert for a professional banner / Flash animation

We are looking for an experienced Flash designer with a large portfolio and plenty of knowledge of and experience with designing advanced Flash animations and banners. Flash will be based on our ideas, namely this (It seems the text on the right side got cut off, what it says is this: This will be a flash animation with a slowly rotating earth and blinking stars. Maybe the earth can be 3D?): Any image from shutterstock may be provided upon request, as long as you are able to edit it according to our demands and requirements. ![][1] Ideally, we want to combine a Flash animation with the navigation feature located here: <[login to view URL]> .FLA file of the navigation feature will be provided. We're looking for a very stylish, professional, clean banner.
