Please create an independent module that works out of the box with standard magento2 themes and onepagecheckout: Whenever the customer adds an address to customer/account or in checkout process and hit the „buy now“ or „next“ (depending of onepagecheckout or not) button there should be an API call to validate if the adress exists (Its just a JSON API call) When the adress is invalid, the customer see an error and should correct the address. The API call should only apply, when a new adress is typed in and not on existing ones. Also there should be an Admin/ Backend option to add the API code. Just a note: There are already really similar projects on github. Maybe you can use one of those and modify it.
