Need a market researcher for a global social enterprise

Hi there, My name is Erin, I am the founder of a social enterprise startup called WhaiFlow. I have talked to many people to create my social mission, I know the challenges my customers face. Now I need some solid facts and statistics from the best and most reliable global sources to support my mission. Social Mission Mobilising people to shape the world they want to live in. 'Mobilising' because people can live their whole lives without putting their dreams to the test. My customers know they have more to offer the world, but they are stuck. About WhaiFlow is a global incubator for purpose driven individuals to unlock their unique potential and learn to create positive impact. Our community come from all walks of life, they have an enormous diversity of skills, strengths and interests and occupy countless professions. Our community have a common pain point. They long to make a meaningful contribution to the world. They feel that they have a lot to give and are looking for the guidance and support to be able to realise their true potential. WhaiFlow provides this guidance and support through training, coordinated collaboration for real-world positive impact and collective knowledge sharing. Market research I am looking for someone who can find recent and reliable statistics, with accompanying sources to illustrate the market need for my start up. Who are the key demographic, i.e. Age and income range? $ spent on personal development. Why?
