Purchase of goods on foreign marketplaces and directly from manufacturers and distributors. Finding and building new supply channels, agreements and communication with suppliers. Optimization of procurement processes. 2. Twice a month there are 5 intensive purchase days, 5 hours each. In between, another 10 hours are allocated to other days. Relatively flexible. Some days it is enough to spend 10 minutes, sometimes nothing. This is an old scheme. Your task is to radically improve it over time, even to build a fundamental new one, effective and ready for scaling; 5.2.
