I need a precision robotic machine that will insert 22-gauge 10 cm wires with terminal contacts crimped on them into terminal connector shells. Wires must be automatically rotated on axis to correctly orient the crimp terminal contact to insert it into the shell. Ideally the machine can be programmed to insert wires into different styles of shell types based on x-y coordinates. Ideal speed of operation is faster than one wire inserted per second.

I have the ability to build up machines like that, I have made standalone application to control industrial servo motors with complete functionality of position, speed, torque control modes of operation for the maximum precision, accuracy, and repeatability that can be accomplished. Industrial servos can reach a resolution of 0.001mm and are fast enough for such kind of applications. And I have a ready to use industrial servo motor for testing requirements.
