Access 2013/2016 ? We can use MS Access as backend or SQL Server Express as backend. Let me know your preference. 2)Creating a system for equipment maintenance where user able to key in equipment data, upload picture, generate report, save and print report =>Ok, What type of business that you have? What data of Recruitment you want to store into database ? Do you have any existing Excel spreadsheet or manually written data so I can design database for the same. Do you want to directly upload the picture to Access database tables? or it has to store the path of the image file ? I will prefer if its image path in Access database tables and images in a folder on disk etc. If the images are embedded on the Access database, it becomes difficult to bring them in MS Access report. Can you send me some 10-15 records in excel and images. It should be the way you will be giving me.
